fantastic waterfront stay!
lovely viewperfect locationworn furniture
i had a water view room and it was superb! the waterfront location allowed convenient access to major attractions. i appreciated being able to walk to nyhavn in about 20 minutes.
i found the room showed some wear. some furniture had scratches and the wardrobe doors did not fit properly.

The room had a lovely water view. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the waterfront location is excellent. I could easily walk to major attractions. about 15 minutes on foot to the famous harbor, it was a great perk!
The toilet stopped working during the night and this was an inconvenience. my wife had to use the facilities in a public area. the light in the bathroom was flickering constantly. It was pretty irritating.

the room was quite spacious and very clean. breakfast had a wide selection with eggs and fresh fruit. The staff kept everything stocked. the hotel is close to the waterfront area, and i enjoyed walking to restaurants.
The gym only has a few treadmills. I would have preferred more equipment.

i liked that my executive room had a king bed with a comfy mattress and soft pillows. blackout curtains blocked all light! the room included a big tv with many channels. i also appreciated a fast internet that let me work without problems.
the gym only has a few weights.

i had to pay an extra amount for high-speed internet , and i was not given an explanation at check-in. even though there were three of us , things were often provided for only two people. this included towels , slippers , and coffee.

i stayed here for three nights. i received an upgrade to a water view room as a bonvoy member, lovely. the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions (they suggested a great local bakery). i appreciated that the hotel is integrated with the waterfront area.
the mini fridge in my room was empty, i didn't even have any water provided upon my arrival.
